Underwoods have provided me with a top class service from the start, they have always been willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
As this was the first time of me renting a property I was really unsure on how the process works and what I need to do, underwoods were really helpful and made sure I understood each stage of the application process and answered any questions I had. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly and it really made everything easier for a first time renter!
I would recommend this agent to all friends and family as they genuinely do care and are willing to help! Excellent service! Thank you to all the team!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The best thing for this agent to do is close up shop!!!!
Comments (0)This agent is just bad!!! We were perspective tenants and were told that our financials were fine, I am a funded PhD student, and I also work for the university. My partner also works for a university and we have substantial savings, we have no bad credit etc. At the time we were told that our financials were fine and it would be ok. I paid the deposit - a massively overboard amount of £250, later we found out we were refused, due to our financials. We ended up going with another respectable agent, who said we would pass easily and we did. We ended up taking this inadequate and unprofessional agent to small claims court. They paid in full, which suggests they know they are horrendous. Finally, we had a snotty letter from the MD, which was totally fabricated, inaccurate and wholly unprofessional; it appeared to be written by a five year old. I was an old agent myself, many years ago, and I can firmly say that if you are looking to rent or buy, I would not trust this agent to look after you as a vendor/tenant and buyer. After a deep thinking session of what went on, the only conclusion I reached, is that they were in lettings to SCAM money out of perspective tenants.

Also, one member of staff was unfriendly to me today (Corine, red haired lady).
(it must be said that the house was in very good condition, but we are paying nearly 600pounds a month)

The service I received from Underwoods was second to none! I've had dealings with many agents over the years and can safely say that these guys are the best around. The service I received from Underwoods was second to none! I've had dealings with many agents over the years and can safely say that these guys are the best around.
They have fees to pay like any agent and lets be honest no-one really wants to pay these but they were always upfront about them (unlike most others!)
I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have high expectations and standards which Corinne and her team have met at every stage of the process during our working relationship, we feel confident that when a property becomes available, they are proactive and share our principals and work ethics which in turn reflects in our occupancy rates and tenant loyalty.
I would always use the services offered by Underwoods of Wellingborough, but more importantly recommend them to any company or individual that wants peace of mind and a hazzle free working relationship.

I joined Underwoods Town & County when they took over my previous letting companies clients, that was an extremely lucky day for me. I am a tenant in Wellingborough. I needed a shower curtain in my bathroom. I asked my property manager(Amanda) in Nortthampton. I am a tenant in Wellingborough.
I needed a shower curtain in my bathroom.
I asked my property manager(Amanda) in Nortthampton.
She is so kind to contact the landlord to install the curtain which is supposed to be installed by landlord's expense. I appreciate Amanda for her quick and best service.
