they add fees on at the end so they dont have to give you a deposit back without any prior notice and charge a check out fee!!!

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy and if you would like to discuss I would be keen to meet with you. All fees are disclosed in writing at the first viewing then confirmed in both initial letters at the point of offer and in the tenancy agreement.
