There's a few words that I would use to describe my experience with Suzanne Graham estate agents -
Combatant.
Condescending.
Rude.
Argumentative.
Unprofessional.
The communication I received was poor at best. I wasn't made aware that the tenant failed a credit check and had huge levels of debt before they moved in.
I found there to be a lack of process knowledge, a lack of integrity and lack of respect shown to their client.
After escalating the complaint to the director herself, it's clear where these issues filter down from. I have now had to escalate further to the ombudsman and therefore would never be able to recommend them in any capacity.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Abusive and rude staff. Completely unprofessional. Failed to follow up on a written agreement. Would not recommend whatsoever. If anything this company needs reported. The fact that head and name of the company ‘Suzanne Graham’ is the most disgustingly rude and unprofessional member of staff says it all.

Five years ago I bought the property through Suzanne Graham which I have just sold and at that time I received the same excellent service when buying through them.
I would highly recommend this agent to anyone buying or selling a property.
