Firstly an alleged cash buyer was introduced and didn't disclose the size of any chain which in turn broke down on numerous occasions we Agreed a moving date which they confirmed on four occasions !!! via telephone conversation apparently recorded !! until you request those recordings to be heard... Firstly an alleged cash buyer was introduced and didn't disclose the size of any chain which in turn broke down on numerous occasions we Agreed a moving date which they confirmed on four occasions !!! via telephone conversation apparently recorded !! until you request those recordings to be heard ! forcing myself to arrange removal and Cranes to removal certain items place into storage and move into rental accommodation !! And Awaiting payment of funds for 4 weeks later !! At which I lost patience and cancelled my sales Agreement .

Having Later swapped the property later with a family member they sue for there commission based on a sale that never was !!
To add insult I was also advised I could not use my preferred legal team as the other party had appointed there services !! AGAIN MORE LIES and they suggested I use Countrywide legal team to ease the process !!! Again a very poor outfit certainly not a reputable company AVOID ATALL COST'S
