Selling my house through Spencer’s, sold quickly to a buyer not in a chain, my seller not in a chain either. Beware Spencers have a lot of hidden costs. Make sure you read the contract especially with regards to exiting the property. For example, you could be charged 30 pounds for not cancelling your direct debit, or 30 pounds for not being there on the day you leave the property. The most shameful... Read Full Review
The agency comes across, unfortunately, as money grabbing opportunists. They must be making a fortune charging tenants! They should drop these disproportionate charges as customers will not come back to use them again.
