I as a vendor found Sharon and the team to be exceptional in service , contrary to the comments of Mrs spazia ,(see last comments) she has dragged her feet for so long that the housing market has gone up by 10 percent in value, shes had more than enough time to get a mortgage through in a 9 month ... I as a vendor found Sharon and the team to be exceptional in service , contrary to the comments of Mrs spazia ,(see last comments) she has dragged her feet for so long that the housing market has gone up by 10 percent in value, shes had more than enough time to get a mortgage through in a 9 month period, this had no baring whatsoever on Sharon and her team , they're polite , professional and well mannered , I've used other estate agents in the area and Simon blyth stand head and shoulders above the rest

My lender and solicitor took little extra time because covid 19 I received my mortgage offer on time my deposit was ready in solicitors account and solicitors almost ready to exchange the contract only few days matter left . Very Very bad experience buying a property from this agent. My lender and solicitor took little extra time because covid 19 I received my mortgage offer on time my deposit was ready in solicitors account and solicitors almost ready to exchange the contract only few days matter left . This agent bring the property back in market and asking a lot more money more then they were agreed even they not gave me any time scales to finsh the process. I am stressed and shocked what they did to me .it was covid, things was slow or ongoing louckdown was reason. But they giving time go through even my solicitors are very positive sale will go through jus a matter of few days. ? very very disappointed .

Terrible. Terrible, Terrible
We had to chase them several times to make appointment to view a property that had been for sale for some time (no surprise).
We managed to finally view property. After viewing no one called for feedback on behalf of vendor.
Despite this we viewed same property for a second time , again no one called for feedback or to pursue sale - even though a second viewing would indicate that we were interested.
We eventually called them to make offer on property but were told no one available to take details of offer. We were told a 'negotiator' would call us back in two days to take details of our offer. No one called us, we waited and waited.
We subsequently had to call back and luckily managed to get hold of local office staff so made an offer of purchase. We then waited another full day but no one called back to inform us what had happened with our offer. We called once more to enquire what had happened with our offer but were told the relevant person was on the phone and would call us back. No one called back. Still waiting.
The promises made on their website are clearly empty, meaningless words.

We were very pleased with the amount of time and effort that Simon Blyth of Huddersfield put into marketing our flat. Any estate agent can sell your property when market conditions are favourable, but Simon Blyth pulled out all the stops for us when the going got tough. A particular vote of thanks has to go to Sharon Day, who had to deal with some difficult issues on our behalf, and who did so with unfailing energy and enthusiasm.

Absolutely useless from start to finish. They had no idea what was happening with the property when I was looking for a tenant. Forgot to put it on rightmove. Made up false enquiries to make it sound like there was lots of interest. Took 5 months to return the bond to me after I came to an arrangement with the tenant for them to leave early. Then deducted management fees from bond as they said it was rent. Constantly give excuse after excuse and never there fault.
