We moved house in April 2020 just as lock down started in these very difficult times. We both Sold and purchased our property with Sharman in the Stanground Office. We moved house in April 2020 just as lock down started in these very difficult times.
We both Sold and purchased our property with Sharman in the Stanground Office.
I cant speak highly eneough of the staff, every time we had to contact them the service was spot on. From Matt, the manager, Becky Amber, and all other staff very professional and obliging our move went as planned.
I would recommend Sharman Stanground Office and if I had to would use again most definitely.

Would have given a zero rating if I could. Avoid at all costs. Viewings booked but people never turned up and no explanation as to why. Viewings booked but people never turned up and no explanation as to why. When we signed contract given misleading information, then presented with an invoice 9 months after withdrawing from the market. Basically called liars when we disputed the invoice. Never returned telephone calls and very little feedback from the viewings we did have.

DONT USE THESE, The staff lie and are pushy and totally incompetent. DONT USE THESE, The staff lie and are pushy and totally incompetent. They lied about people booked to view our property and when challenged where the people viewing were, we were advised that the Estate Agent had been out of the office for 3 hours and they had no idea where she was??? totally fed up with their appalling service we advised them we would be in the office in the next 5 minutes and wanted the keys back, amazingly they were in the office !! total lies and incompetence about any viewings, keys, potential buyers, WE ARE DISGUSTED WITH THEM.

We have these bunch of cowboys selling our Dad's house for us, not after today. They did an open house viewing and left the property with the patio door wide open with the keys dangling from the lock. Neighbours spotted it and had to call them to return to secure the property. Very unprofessional agents. When I moved in one of their properties the flat was absolutely a mess. They are never willing to make you feel comfortable as a client. Very unprofessional agents. When I moved in one of their properties the flat was absolutely a mess. They are never willing to make you feel comfortable as a client. We moved in to our new property and were left without hot water or heating for a month.
In this month we were lied to about the repairs a number of times.
We then asked for a discount in our rent as we had to travel 16 miles a day to wash at a family members house.
They went on to blame the landlord, I then pointed out that this was surely there fault as they are employed to let the property?????
But no apparently not...
We were told for a month that they are waiting for a reply about the discount from the landlord. (They never asked the landlord)
I have since been ignored about other matters, it isn't nice to be treated this way at all.
I would not trust anyone who works for them to stack shelves, stay away.

egister me first and then got practically forced into seeing a mortgage advisor. I declined as I had mortgage advice from elsewhere and they insisted I should go to theirs so I could use their buyers incentive and get on the best buy list. I didn't see the mortgage advisor and I would recommend anyone here avoids seeing them too!
On viewing a property I liked I explained I might be interested but had another property I was interesed in and needed some time to think about it. The rude agent cut me off and I was told I would have to go into their office the next morning with all my paperwork because the vendor was making a decision tomorrow. I told her it would be a no then and am incredibly grateful I cut my losses early seeing what others reviewers have written about SQ's fees and their continued insistence on mortgage advice that no one wants. No others agents I have viewed houses with here have asked for any of my info or demanded I see their mortgage advisor.
Avoid SQ like the plague.
