Very bad service. After trying to arrange several viewings I was told that S&Q St. Neots office were no longer selling property because their licence has expired. But all their adverts were still on their web site a week later. I then phoned the office in Peterborough and was told that another agent - Connells - had taken over their business. but Connells could not offer me the same properties as S&Q. So I have given up with S&Q.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Better customer service, work as a team instead of against one another and be more professional!
Awful experience. Constantly having to chase to find out what was happening. Regularly didn't have calls returned even when promised. On several occasions I phoned and no one could tell me anything as the member of staff "dealing with that property" was absent from the office. They clearly do not work as a team. After waiting 7 months!! We pulled out as it was horrific! It to be fair was not all down to Sharman Quinney as the vendor was very awkward and could never find a property. However, Sharman Quinney did share information with our buyer as to what was happening with our onward purchase and their opinion of our agent and what they were saying/doing resulting in us losing our buyer and having to resell our property. Which in my opinion was both unprofessional and not their place. I would avoid dealing with them again.
