I have rented Seth’s property but they are not that much reliable. When I left the house with no damage inside made by me but the Seth’s agent not provided me a single pound of my deposit. Though I have try to content them many times but they are not responding as well. They gonna be hide the inventory video from their side and put all the damage to our side and again asking more money as well. We also paid cash renting the house asked by one of their agent.

A very professional and pain free experience.
Amit had a way of making you feel that you are important and communicated at all times.
I've had experiences with many estate agents in Leicester. I don't think I would ever use another!
I would recommend any potiental seller or landlord to speak with Seth's to experience quality customer seevice.

I have been living in rented properties from many years. Seths is my worst experience till now. they ae only keen in taking rent in time. I moved into property from them and started seeing worst issues by them. there was no extractor fan in kitchen so whenever i cooked smoke had no path to go out , asked them to fit extractor fan and they replied open all windows of kitchen in middle of winter. they dont know a simple basic science that if you open window then outside cold air will rush into house and push the smoke deeper into rooms. then roof started leaking , i reported them their so called Expert came in , and did not sort out issue rather he left saying there is no leak issue in property. I shown them bucket full of water but no response , then spotted guttering full of grass , reported them because all rain water probably spreads on roof around and then falls down from various places. they dont care. Strong winds blew one day the front panel of property and backyard fences, Mr Expert came and told us fence is neighbours responsibility and for front panel he looked at them and the disappeared , i hav not seen that guy since then, then more panels blew off because of strong winds , still waiting after report when that Mr expert will come. i had to fix backyard fence myself by the way. Then one day boiler stopped and i was left with very cold house with cold water. cold house because its old house which have vents in it which never allow the house to get warm, Vents make sure that outside and inside temp of house is same. Seth people dont allow us to close vents in winter. They told me Mr boiler guy (expert) is busy and he can come in couple of days. so i went on web looking for error codes and sorted out issue myself. Then on top of that they had covered all damp marks under the paint before i got into property. i would suggest to all , Never take property from Seths, i am also looking for property in same area but have no plan to take it from Seths, They have employed all genius in office who are so good in giving you stupid advice that you will start banging your head in walls but they dont care.
