The team were excellent throughout. They were always on the top of the process and I'm sure that it is largely thanks to them that the sale went through so quickly.
I was always kept well informed in the sale process and it always felt like Laura and the Seddons team were on top of things.
Really impressed and would definitely use them as my estate agent of choice should I ever be in the market again as either a buyer or seller.

Back in Sept 2018 I started looking for a property to buy in North Devon/Somerset. I came across Seddons and was immediately impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did go on to buy a property through their Agency and cannot thank Laura enough for her professionalism, due diligence but most of all efficient and friendly way of dealing with my purchase.
Move forwards 4 years and unfortunately I had to sell the property and without question once again I returned to Seddons, this time as the Vendor. They were, once again, brilliant from start to finish with organising a professional photographer for the property, organising viewings around guests staying and making sure that the right buyer was found.
I cannot thank them enough for the help, support and friendship I have received from everyone in the office during both of these transactions and would not hesitate in recommending them. They are absolute superstars and NOT your average Estate Agents, thank you ladies xxxx

Right from the first valuation visit through to completion, Jo, Laura, Steph and Emerald all brought their own unique touches together to make the stressful process of selling as painless as possible for me and to sell my property at the right price. Thank you girls for your cheerful dedication, despite the inevitable hold ups that hinder sales and the obvious stress involved, working with you was an absolute joy. Special thank you’s to Steph for your professionalism and cool head when dealing with particularly awkward viewers, Emerald for the spot-on valuation and team coordination throughout the conveyance, and Jo and Laura for going the extra mile for me when the stress became too much - and of course for nailing that sale! 5 stars, one for each of you, and an extra quarter each for putting up with cold feet on a slate floor in the middle of winter ;)

I completed a purchase in bampton just a couple of weeks ago and the Seddons team are a brilliant example of why a local firm wins hand down for customer service. I walked into a lot of estate agents offices and called a lot more. . Some of those made me feel they would be doing me a favour by organising a viewing so I feel fortunate I found a house handled by Emerald, Laura and the team at Bampton. They have been a rare combination of warm, helpful and professional and I never felt I couldn't ask a daft question or call just to ask if there were any developments. There is still a certain amount of stress involved but in the end I felt quite relaxed about it. Thank you..
