We have been tenants of a property managed by Rosedale lettings based in Peterborough for over 2 years now and have nothing but positive words to write about them. Whether it is an issue with a broken light switch or a major plumbing issue, they have been consistent with the quick responses, friendly when having to speak to them on the phone and also reassuring that any concerns we have are dealt with efficiently. We have had wonderful assistance from Harriet + Chloe in the past, and we would like to give a major big thank you to Celia who recently dealt with an issue in which she understood the problem, arranged a time that was suitable for everyone for a big repair which was completed within the time period set. Very happy with the service provided by Rosedale and would definitely recommend this letting agency.

I have been a tenant With Rosedale Letting Specialists for a number of years. In fact I have moved twice with them! Unfortunately my previous landlord needed to sell but Rosedale guided me through the process and also found my current property. The transition was very smooth and they made me feel very looked after and valued. Maintenance reports are dealt with promptly and I know if I need anything I’ll call the team and they will sort it.

I have had a business with Rosedale for just under two years. Warren and his team are a fantastic team to deal with, the type of letting agent every landlord would dream of. As English is not my first language they always make sure things are clear and understood. they helped me so many times buying houses and increase my business even though some of the houses were under other agents but Warren and his team still helped me and gave me any advice needed. it was so sad when I have had to leave them because of things out of control and there was no other option. will definitely recommend and go back to business with them again when there is a chance
