Really poor from Eddie. We had an offer accepted on a property, we were told that although there were higher offers, ours was the the most favourable. After a weeks radio-silence, Eddie rings to say they have now accepted another offer, which is higher than mine.
Eddie told me we'd have exclusivity and they weren't listening to any other offers. An absolute lie and I will never go with them again .

We have just completed a sale with Robinsons.
This has taken many months and has had many twists and turns along the way
However, Eddie Robinson and team have remained positive and pragmatic all the way.
We have been very happy with the work and tenacity Eddie has provided us.
Robinsons remained in contact at all times, even when news was not always good.
There is nothing worse when everything goes quiet....
Selling a house at any time is not an easy process.
We have had a good experience
with Robinsons and I would recommend Eddie, Matt and the team.

Hugely disappointed in the service I receive from them while renting my home. Always late or take ages to remedy a problem. Ridiculous added fees for numerous things. For an independent company, I see no difference in the money-grabbing behaviour of larger corporate... Read Full Review

As a buyer I found Eddie a pleasure to deal with, he was responsive to our requests and would always return calls in a timely fashion. As a buyer I found Eddie a pleasure to deal with, he was responsive to our requests and would always return calls in a timely fashion. Eddie Robinson was disrespectful and unprofessional from the outset. He made the whole experience of buying a house through him extremely stressful and unpleasant. If I wasn't on a timeframe to move due to work I would not have completed the sale through Robinsons. He will also harass your sale solicitors and estate agents several times a day so be warned!! Even after exchange of contracts and completion there was not even a pleasant/courtesy email. As a buyer you will be treated as a problem and harassed throughout. Oh and get use to his sign off being a rude..... OK?

I really hope no one else experiences the same and if he ever reads this he takes on board how he comes across. He thinks he is a smart and sassy salesman when in truth he is abrupt and never treats you with the respect that every buyer deserves.
