The whole experience is really bad , response very slow ( 3 days to a week ) , and they don’t take responsibility when things go wrong on their side . I rented my house out from Reed rains and I would just like to advise and warn people that if they allow Tentants to live in their property through a 0% deposit scheme, no matter how much destruction and appalling condition the property is left in, 0% deposit don’t care! Do not allow tenants to rent through them as a warning of advise!!!
Reeds rains lack of communication is very disappointing. As soon as the house was rented, I never heard from them, they didn’t even check to see what condition the house was left in. Plaster taken off the walls, filthy, bathroom was disgusting and full of Pubic hair, burnt walls, wallpaper pulled from the walls, fake tan and make up everywhere. Bin bags worth of rubbish to clean up.
I have multiple pictures of the damages which occurred to my property, but as long as reeds rains have their money they don’t care. After I left a review for the staff at reeds rains in regards to their services when the deal first went through, I never heard from them again.

Such a bad experience!

We decided to sell one of our well maintained, fully equipped and 'ready to go' rental properties in Salford. The first estate agent valued the property at less than we had hoped for. We then asked for an alternative valuation from the Reeds Raines Salford branch on Littleton Road. Lewis Sewell visited and his valuation was some £20K above the previous one. His professionalism, local knowledge and clear explanation of Reeds Rains' terms and conditions gave me the confidence to put the sale into the hands of his branch. After the initial formalities, we were impressed by the efforts of Kathryn, Sophie and Nick to arrange and manage viewings, keep us 'in the loop' and deal with our queries in a prompt and customer friendly manner. As a result, within 2 weeks of the property going on the market, a prospective buyer made an offer at our asking price. Completion was today - and we happily handed over the keys to a very happy buyer this afternoon! Our thanks go to all the Littleton Road team for their excellent work on our behalf in bringing about the stress-free sale of our property.

We completed the sale of our apartment in Salford last month through Reeds Rains. We were extremely happy with the service provided by the Reeds Rains Salford team at every step of the selling process. They were friendly, efficient and informative, quickly finding us a buyer and regularly chasing matters up for us. In particular, Kath did a great job especially during the final stages in constantly following up with our buyer to speed things along. I would also commend Nick, Lewis and Ben for their valuable assistance with the sale. Finally, I should also mention Reeds Rains mortgage adviser, Curtis Maher, who did excellent work in securing our mortgage to enable the purchase of our next property. Very well done to the Reeds Rains Salford team!

Obviously? With experience from both Lewis and Kath. Always helpful plesent. Utmost very professional you won't be disappointed.
Other members of Sales Staff were always plesent and supportive if Kath or Lewis were our on visits. Loved using there portals gave me visibility and progress of my house been sold. From veiwing booked, Survey, status and solicitors stage brilliant. Step -buy-step on progesterone thank you Team

I am a recent new buyer for a property in Salford. The deal is completed. I think I am a quick doer in this case. I must be as it is a repossession case. But it is not easy at all. I think the case will never go ahead without the help from Nick Bleasdale. I am an overseas buyer. To others, my want to buy a property is relatively a long shot. No agent is willing to entertain and follow up my inquiry. Nick did. He also sincerely warned me the challenges. But I persisted and he also help introduce the seller about my offer. Long story short, a lot of issues emerged during the process and Nick assisted sorting out or at least mentally support through swift email response. Thanks and write a review is the appropriate way to express gratitude to his good work.
