The team worked to push for viewings and it felt like it would be never ending.
Hedley has been on the end of the phone more times than I can count as I have had what has felt like a hundred and one questions. However he has always been helpful and never once shown if I was being what can only be described as annoying! At the final hurdle he pushed the buyer to obtain a figure I was happy with and we’ve completed. Well done Hedley ??

Very poor service from the start. RR are very poor at calling you back, very poor when you have a query and trying to sort a problem. Very poor service from the start. RR are very poor at calling you back, very poor when you have a query and trying to sort a problem. My tenants put a new kitchen in my property and RR missed it when they did a review visit!! The tenant then told them they'd put the kitchen in and got permission after the fact (which they didn't), and RR failed to check this with us. We didn't find out about this until the day the tenant advised they were handing the keys back - 3 months later. RR answer 'they presumed that we knew'. Very poor. We now have queries about claiming from this tenant, and you wait days for answers, days and days, promises to call back and they don't call. I've asked them to take my complaint further and involve the area manager, that was a week ago and still no call back. They just don't make you feel like they want your business. I have moved my property to another agent, and they say they are always getting people to them from RR due to poor service. RR are expensive and everything has a fee. I want the termination done on my property, and guess what £120 + vat and they tell me that's BEFORE they'll even go out. I am looking to purchase 3 more properties to rent out and even though I keep reminding them that my account will grow with them, I still cant get a decent service. I have viewed a property they have for sale, but I don't even want to give them any more of my money. I have complained so many times, its unreal. I certainly wouldn't recommend.

When we moved in we had nothing but problems, they failed to mention the COAL fire back burner, the carbon monoxide alarm isn't even in the room where the fire place is! we was told we'd get new lino in the bathroom yet we never did and for the rest of the house we was told we'd have other major problems fixed and we never did! How they're a well-known name is beyond me!!

This review appears to be limited to two named staff members, however I wish to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation for the marketing and subsequent sale of my property to all members of the Pontefract Branch. However Ruth and Vicky were the main staff member who dealt with my sale and from whom I received nothing but sound advice and frequent feedback re, the present position of the sale. Their approach to the sale being very professional indeed, nothing I requested being too much trouble (even to the point of visiting the unoccupied property on their way home from the office!). Again very professional and efficient service from the moment I walked into the office on Beastfair.

After some deliberation I selected Reeds Rain to conduct our house sale and this decision was the correct one on all fronts from beginning to the end. All staff at the branch were helpful in particular Frankie Westerman was outstanding. I can honestly say without Frankie the sale would not have taken place as this was a difficult sale from all aspects. Her professional and personal approach was significant in the whole process and I thank her in particular and the other staff generally for there help and understanding we are now settled in our dream home.
