I have been renting out properties for 15 years, and found Reeds Rains at Pemberton to provide a full quality service. I have on infrequent occasions received some difficult tenant issues and the staff at the Pemberton Office have always worked hard to resolve the issues and responded timely to support me for the resolve. The fully managed service has been excellent also with insurances through Reeds Rains in addition - which also managed a water damage claim very well last year. I have recently met up with a new lettings manager (Bryony) at a property visit and have been impressed with the quality of service recently experienced and great to see staff getting to know the property. I have on occasions in the last year struggled a little with the remote location of the RR maintenance department on communication and response speeds, but am assured this has now improved.
