Reeds Rains Halifax, I would highly recommend. All the staff that supported us through the journey of selling and buying our home were superb throughout. Although they may not be the cheapest, you get what you pay for and their customer service was fantastic, especially when it is needed the most. The team often went the extra mile and did everything in their power to help us. Honestly can not thank Tia, Jamie and Amy enough!

Appalling. constant trying to deduct money from my rent, outrageous maintenance charges - £1500 for a little of painting and I mean a little bit, nearly £1000.00 to replace a simple cooker and paint a stain, the list goes on. Appalling. constant trying to deduct money from my rent, outrageous maintenance charges - £1500 for a little of painting and I mean a little bit, nearly £1000.00 to replace a simple cooker and paint a stain, the list goes on.
They deduct for jobs not even done leaving you not knowing if you will receive the rent. They do not reply to emails properly unless you are paying for their maintenance or fees. I would only recommend them if you do not need to worry about paying the mortgage each month, you have deep pockets for maintenance or your own maintenance team.

I'm not usually one for reviews however i felt compelled to share my recent experience dealing with Reeds Rains Halifax. My young daughter and her mum almost found themselves without a roof over there heads and needed to move quickly.. fortunately for them the property they found was on with these guys who leaped all obstacles and pulled out all the stops to have them moved in a very short space of time. All the staff at Reeds Rains were always very friendly, helpful and professional in particular Matthew Berry who we dealt with mostly! Matthew has been absolutely wonderful through the whole process of our sale. He has always been very supportive, friendly, understanding, extremely helpful, always there and very professional. We used Reeds Rains in Halifax for the purchase of a property in Halifax and found the service and attention to detail was excellent.
