Truly awful experience. I would not go with this company ever again, not because of the company but because of the landlords they choose.
We went through reeds reins even though the landlord managed the property. We went without heating for 10 days with 3 kids. In fact the boiler broke every 3 months for years. There is a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom which was also never fixed. Let's not speak about he broken fence.
The landlord often entered the property without permission, even if we were not there. When we left, they with held the deposit due to damage we have caused. But then they never did changed anything before for the next tenant l moved in... Where did our money go?
Unfortunately my opinion of reeds reins is now they only work with landlords nobody else would choose. They are not responsible for the upkeep of the property but they are responsible for who they decide to work with.

On first contact with this agents I received a great service, continuous updates and phone calls (which now appears to be because they wanted me to complete forms, pay money and sign me up!). Since then its all changed - I am forever leaving messages, sending e-mails and still receive no response. I am so annoyed at how the level of customer care is now so bad, I feel let down and disrespected as a customer. And when I do now get to speak to someone I am given excuses, I'm left feeling patronised, and given endless promises of call backs that never come. Avoid this branch and go elsewhere until they learn how to treat people with respect.

I know for a fact it doesn't take that long. There was no apology, there was very poor customer service and the comment we received was 'I am not willing to argue about this' when we didn't even receive an apology !
