AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Pymm and Co believe that it is acceptable to give young tenants the short end of the stick because they can't fight back as easily. They don't have the time, money, nor authority of people older than them. Apparently, this means to Pymm and Co. that it is acceptable to do nothing about extensive black mould in young tenant's houses. For two tenants in particular, Pymm and Co did nothing about a black mould so severe that it spread to their clothes!! Pymm and Co. told these tenants they would have to purchase humidifiers, which Pymm and Co never reimbursed. These tenants were eventually so psychologically and physically affected by the mould that they had no choice but to move out DURING a pandemic. Pymm and Co still refuses to even recognise the wrong they have done. Parasitic, callous behaviour.

Sold my mother's bungalow through the Brundall office, a very friendly and helpful team who know the market and found a buyer as soon as the valuation had been done. They kept me informed throughout the sale process, and were very considerate towards my 94 year old mother. Andrew even drove me into Norwich to deliver documents to the solicitors, as I was not familiar with the city. Nico was so good with my mother, and Hannah made many phone calls on our behalf, to keep the process moving. A great team who did a great job, thank you.

I have been so well looked after by Andrew and Nico at Pymms of Brundall, such good valuable advice - I really had these lovely helpful experts on my side. They were so good, really. I don't know what I did to get such good luck having them for my agents - but actually it wasn't just luck - I chose them as carefully as I in my inexperienced way could. (They had so impressed me when I bought a house via them in the past, especially compared to my own terrible agents at the time.) I have seen some funny things going on in the world of buying and selling houses, and Andrew and Nico and the team were, I swear, beacons of light for me, guiding me through it all. Andrew is so experienced and really looked out for me, as did Nico with his relaxed confidence. I would recommend them to anybody, and you would be doing yourself a big favour choosing them to act for you. I got a great price for my place from good buyers, and they were so helpful when I needed a bit of guidance and advice in choosing my next place. Really went the extra mile - or ten. Thank you, guys. Their office is nice too, a happy atmosphere, a happy team, which is good.
