AWFUL, REGRETTABLE AND GRIEVOUS SERVICE.
I agreed to buy 3 bed room house property in East ham through the Property link Estate Agency (*) on 17th of September, 2020. He ensured that exchange of contracts to take place within 7 weeks time, but still I have been waiting to happen because the Seller of the property not physically fit to sell his own property. ** didn't mention with me about the mental condition and legal issues of the seller of the property while I signed to agree the property. I have been losing my rental money and getting depressed because of **'s negligence and irresponsible and money minded manner. If he discuss with me regarding the seller's issues , I wouldn't agreed to buy.
My advice for potential buyers: DON'T USE HIS SERVICES AND DON'T BELIEVE HIS WORDS.

Not one for adding reviews but was impressed by the experience and service by the company for me to write one down. I cannot praise Nauman and his team enough for their professionalism as they go the extra mile every time and make life a lot easier for me as a Landlord. Always on hand and swift to resolve any issues as well as keeping me informed through their regular checks and maintenance, which is what every landlord wants. Well done to a top team!

I have Recently bought a property. I have found found Mr Nauman Raja a very intellectual and hard working working individual and have a very strong grip in his profession. I have sold one of my property through him and bought another property on a very prime location such as main high street. The process of this purchase started in December 2015 and completion took place on 18th July 2016. There were so many ups and downs from the vendor and lender but Mr Raja didn't surrender and with his ability and keeping track of every person involved in this transaction, advising me to have my mortgage offer extended 2 times. I am an accountant with 31 years of experience and I feel that at this young age Mr Raja is a very successful agent and excellent negotiator. I could not believe that how he has handled this purchase and through him i have succeeded to get a property on main high street.
