The process of selling our property through Pointons did not run smoothly. I was disappointed with the poor communication of some staff. I even emailed James, the Director who did not reply to my email regarding issues with the service provided.
Moreover, the buyer’s solicitors who were appointed through Pointons own panel solicitors caused further unnecessary delays also due to lack of communication, so I would not recommend using their panel solicitors.
Overall, not a good experience as the agency focused more on profit than customer satisfaction.

Worst experience so far. I wanted to put down my first offer and was told it needs be final offer within 12 hours if viewing the house. They incorrectly told the seller, I was not financially stable to purchase the property in question, someone who is probably earns more than their monthly wage within one week and managed to get a fantastic AIP from the bank. If you value your mental health do not use this company. They will do nothing to help you even though they are supposed to be “experts” they will not advise you correctly and this is, either, because they do not care about their clients, or, they do not have the expertise to help. They favour buyers over sellers, even though they work and are paid for by sellers they will not be on your side, I can only assume they are getting some kick-back certain buyers. They will lie and string you along for many months, they are toxic. Avoid at all costs.
