First time buyer, found the property through Rightmove - PS&P were very accommodating, allowing us a couple of viewings and were then very helpful when we started the purchase process! The fairest estate agent we spoke to during the whole process, felt like they were trying to represent both us as buyer in addition to the seller (who is paying them ultimately!) Overall took some of the stress out of buying and everyone we spoke to was very friendly!

There are a number of estate agents near to each other on the high street, went and saw all of them when looking to sell our house and was most impressed with PSP. We first came across Petty Son and Prestwich on a viewing. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us.
