What can I say except these are the best estate agents I have dealt with by far. They sold both my new build houses on Lymington Road as promised. Their Service is second to none. Stuart and the whole team at New Milton Have been extremely friendly and helpful in every way before during and after the sale of both houses, right up to completion. Other agents could not deliver the goods! 10/10 to Pettengells. I will highly recommend them again and again. Thanks Stuart and team.

I have used a number of agents in the area over the years and have been very pleased with the team at Pettengells. I have found them to be extremely professional, very efficient and helpful. The last time I used them was to sell my bungalow in Barton on Sea. Kevin provided a realistic and sensible valuation of the property. They introduced a good number of appropriate potential buyers (I've found that other agents seem to send everyone on their books regardless of what they are actually looking for!) They negotiated a higher sale price than I had expected - so that was good. They kept in touch throughout the whole process and were very quick in responding to any queries. In terms of fees, I have found that there is little to choose between agents - so for me it really does come down to service. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received, I would definitely use them again and I am happy to recommend them.

I have recently purchased my house from pettengells. They were first class from start to finish. From Stuart who showed me around the property to Matthew who negotiated the purchase for me. They both kept me fully informed and we're helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The sellers were slow but I felt pettengells kept me informed even when it was not news I wanted to hear both Matthew and Stuart were quick to help me keep my sanity and look for solutions. At the beginning of December I received a call saying they were putting the property back on the market as they had heard nothing from our solicitor. I phoned my solicitor and was told that the vendor did not have probate. I then spoke to Matthew and was told that if I didn't like it they I knew what to do.

Having only bought two houses in my life I'm not sure who should have told us about probate not being granted but I do know that if we had known at the beginning we would never have made an offer, but icing on the cake was the off hand and arrogant manner that Matthew treated me.
I really should of taken the matter further but was too upset and ended up out of pocket
