I’ve recently chosen Penny & Sinclair to find tenants for my house in Oxford and manage the tenancy. I was impressed with Nicola’s excellent communications, knowledge, expertise, efficiency and professionalism. Soon I realised that the P&S team shared with her these qualities, which made working with them all seamless and pleasant. I was delighted to experience effortless and excellent communication within the team. Thank you Nicola, Lucy, Molly, Wills, Sean, Daisy, Samantha, Emily. They all worked patiently with me to identify people who soon rented the house and are now enjoying living in it. Brilliant Service.
I cannot rate Penny and Sinclair enough. I rented a lovely little flat on Folly bridge during my tenure at Oxford - with my children joining me later in my tenure, Georgia and Emily organized another flat next door to accommodate my family. Fantastic.
The flat on Folly bridge had recently been renovated...some shortcomings were apparent, the team on my arrival swung into action and ensured minimal disruption. Wonderfully polite and considerate - commensurately professional - I felt at no time abandoned or discounted.
Anyone arriving at Oxford for a term or two must not go past the team at Penny and Sinclair. They will look after you and your needs beyond expectation.
I will be using them again in 2025.

Throughout both stays, we were in the good hands of Georgia, Emily, and Amber. They paid attention to the little things that mattered to us, especially since we were there with our two daughters. Their prompt responses and the initiative they took to ensure our comfort made it clear they understood the nuances of a travelling family's needs.
Getting our deposit back was no hassle at all, and they did so with the highest level of professionalism. What also stood out was how they planned our check-out around our hectic schedule, which meant one less thing to worry about.
Penny & Sinclair aren't just doing business. They genuinely care, and it shows in how they treat you. It's like they're welcoming you into a community, not just renting you a place to stay. We can't recommend Penny & Sinclair enough for any family looking for a worry-free stay in Oxford. We're looking forward to our next stay with them!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Penny and Sinclair! Took a short-term let in Oxford through their agency and it was a positive experience in every way. They were extremely professional in all aspects. Booking and payment were extremely easy and smooth. The property was perfect for my needs. Every time I had a question or concern they responded to me within what seemed like minutes (even on a weekend)! I especially enjoyed working with Emily and Georgia. All contact with the staff has been a pleasant experience. They were on site on time and helpful with all questions I had. Georgia has been very helpful with a problem I had with a credit card. She understood the problem and immediately helped solve the problem.

Georgia & the P&S team are true professionals. My husband and I were planning a trip to Oxford for several weeks and found a lovely property on the P&S website for short term let. Communication via email was smooth as we are in the US. We paid the deposit but unfortunately our plans changed and we had to cancel. The terms of the rental were that the deposit would be forfeited if the let was canceled. Georgia was very understanding and said if the owner was able to let the property for the time period we had booked our deposit would be refunded. After a few months Georgia contacted me to advise the property was indeed let for that time period and our deposit was refunded! We are most appreciative of the professionalism and honesty of Georgia and her team and will be contacting her again when we are able to reschedule our trip,
