Paul Graham are the best Estate agent I have used.
They dealt with the sale of my property and luckily the property I purchased was though Paul Graham too.
Jane, Steve, Hannah, Jack and all the Team were magnificent.
They kept me informed on all updates, they gave me excellent advice. Always came back to my calls and emails.
I would 100% use there services again. If I ever move ?
I will highly recommend this agent and the very professional and friendly staff that work at the Carshalton branch!

I recently sold my property through this estate agency and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Steve and Jane were my main points of contact and they were fantastic. My experience of Paul Graham was very positive. I sold and purchased through them. I appreciated her help very much. In fact the help Jane gave me was often superior to my Solicitor ! I would also mention Tracey who was always friendly and positive which anyone who has moved house knows is very much needed!

Jack, Hannah, Jane and everyone in the team have been absolutely brilliant!
During the sale, they were actively communicating with us on the prospective buyers and have given us a lot of informative advice on the sale price, backed by stats and their experience in the area. They handled every property visit professionally and gave us a lot of useful feedback. Jack, Hannah, Tracey, Joe to name a few, were all involved in supporting the process. They were honest and simply great people to consult.
During the progress to exchange, Jane and Hannah were extremely helpful in facilitating a smooth chain of communication with the buyer and also seller's agent.
Flash forward to today, we have just exchanged and we are looking forward to completing. However, we thought why wait till completion date to write an honest review about people who do great work.

A pleasure to deal with, Paul Graham provided competitive rates compared to other agents - but the key difference is with the dedicated sales progressor Jane. We have been trying to move 5 years on and off and had tried another couple of agents without success. Then we instructed Paul Graham because they'd sold a few properties on our road and the experience was chalk and cheese compared to previously. The whole team were professional, respectful and courteous throughout. This extended to after the sale was agreed when Jane dealt brilliantly with the challenges of coordinating a 5 house chain which took a long time to get to exchange, but we finally got there. I highly recommend using Paul Graham.

I can't rate Paul Graham in Carshalton enough. We sold and brought our house with them and they were fantastic. Jack is honest and straightforward about asking price, and is realistic about the local market, and comes to a valuation with lots of information so you can benchmark his valuation. Pictures taken for our sale were very high quality and open days were managed very well, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we lost our buyer part way through the process (not their fault), Paul Graham moved heaven and earth to get our property resold on under 2 weeks and kept the chain going. They also fact check all offers, so you know they are legitimate. Jane, the Sales Progressor, is amazing and always on hand to answer questions, chase up people and make sure the chain is moving. I really felt like they earned their fee about would recommend them 100%.
