After approaching every agent in Yeovil. These guys were the only people who made the effort to find what I wanted

Sold my house in a pandemic and bought my house of palmer Snell was amazed how much they put themselves out for me I dealt with a lady called Ada and she went above and beyond for me always responded back to me so quickly always kept me updated the stress was unbelievable buying and selling in a pandemic but ada made sure the stress was taken of me at all times I had to view the house by video and was better than viewing it myself as every little detail was viewed and meant I could keep the video on my phone to keep looking at the house which worked so much better and easier for me

My daughter spoke to one of your agents today about a let she was interested in. Unfortunately she did not get his name ( it was late in the afternoon) . I would never ever recommend the lettings department. They are incompetent and customer service are not words they would ever recognise. Rude and lazy service full of promises but never delievered. Think they can charge the earth but then provide no service at all. No one takes responsibility for... Read Full Review
