Awful. Used their solicitor to sell, and they used same firm for purchaser. September2019, to march 2020. Completely Incompetent Estate Agent said about Palmer Snell

Well let's start with the positives........... oh wait there are none. Now for the Negatives:-
1, No Sales advice what so ever. 2, Complete Incompetence of staff. 3, Viewing appointments made and less than 40% actually turned up due to completely idiotic mistakes on Palmer Snell's part and even when the opportunity was there to correct the mistake they still didn't turn up for viewings. 4, Lack of communication, didn't have any communication from the agent for 10 weeks at one point. When a Viewing did take place we had to constantly chase the agent for feed back and even then most of the time the reply was "oh sorry he isn't in the office at the moment but i'll get him to call you back" and surprise surprise never did hear anything back. 5, when going to collect the keys from the agent (that i hadn't met before) they just handed me the keys to my home without even checking any form of identification. 6. No enthusiasm or effort put in to selling a property their view seems to be that if they don't have to try because they are such a big agent people will come to them.
All in all i would highly recommend that anyone wanting to sell a property give Palmer Snell a very wide birth.

Having sold property with several agents in the past and had bad service, I must say that PalmerSnell (Castlelane) have really changed my thoughts on estate agents.
