We are sympathetic with the situation, as it was unexpected for the landlord to withdraw from the agreement prior to his signing of the agreement. Upon the exiting tenants moving out of the property, they found that the property was not in a condition where they felt comfortable renting the property as there is a lot of works to be completed. They have since decided they may consider selling the property. The agreement between Oakhill and Landlord has since ended due to the time wasted from all ...
