Katie from Northwood, Waterlooville, sold my father in laws house within a week of it going on the market.
6 months later we needed to sell our own. Having tried 2 other agents, we then gave Northwood the opportunity to sell it - again, it was sold very quickly. (Why didn't we go to them first!!)
We were kept informed all through the selling process.
Katie and her team are very friendly and know their stuff!!

Excellent in a word. Using Northwood was a wise choice to sell my house, and I doubt you could get better service anywhere else. I used Northwood to sell my house. Katie was very pleasant and valued my property. Katie did not use the dynamic sales approach and is much more subtle but is very realistic, she did not make promises she couldn't keep, unlike some other agents I saw. Northwood was the only agent I used and my house sold to the first person who viewed my house. It was a very smooth process and quite relaxed.
