Dealing with both Matthew and Chloe has always been extremely easy and friendly. They add a 'human' touch in that they are fair and reasonable, something which I have found lacking with some previous agencies I have let from.
In a good sense we rarely have to call on them, which is testament to the condition and maintaince of the property; on the rare occasion something does go wrong they're always prompt in getting it sorted.
We currently looking to renew our tenancy with them again.
