To the Lettings Manager
Your company recently advertised a two bedroom property to let in Roundthorn Close, Bridgnorth. As this was potentially an ideal property for my needs I applied to view via the Rightmove site but received no reply. Fearing I'd filled in the form incorrectly I tried again without any response. I then rang via the Rightmove site and was directed through to your Ironbridge office where I spoke to a gentleman who had my email address and said he would send me an application form to view, I did not receive this. I then went onto the Nick Tart website and applied from there where I received an automated reply which stated that someone would be in touch- no one has. Finally I rang your Bridgnorth office and spoke to a very friendly lady who took all my details and said someone would contact me to arrange a viewing- no one has. I then went back onto your website after discovering that the property had been taken off the Rightmove site to discover that the property has under offer on it. I rang your Bridgnorth office again and was told they couldn't understand why I hadn't been contacted and that Telford Office was dealing with the property and they would get someone to contact me. Guess what - no one has ! What a strange way to conduct business. Yours, with more patience than deserved! Kate Lovett Sent from my iPhone
