We viewed an apartment in Poynton our daughter that was being sold by Mosley Jarman.
Melanie showed us around first time and was very helpful with prompt timekeeping.
After that we made an offer and dealt with Neil Clubman.
He arranged a second extended viewing where we were free to browse with no pressure or sales pitch.
We then liased extensively with Neil to negotiate a good deal and move forward to exchange and completion.
The process wasn't straight forward due to issues on our side with arranging a mortgage and Neil was invaluable in recommending a good local mortgage broker.
Throughout the whole transaction, Neil and his team were excellent in communicating every step and chasing his vendor when necessary.
Happily this meant the whole thing was less stressful than it would have been and i would happily recommend Mosley Jarman to others.
I was lovely to deal with a local and highly professional agent who always had time to go above and beyond. A rare thing these days!

We were recommended Mosley Jarman in Wilmslow having had a couple of negative experiences with other Estate Agents in the area when looking to sell our house.
From the first meeting with Nick Mosley I felt like I could trust him without being 'sold to.' He turned up to the meeting having done specific research on the property, the local area, other houses which had recently sold, what state these houses were in compared to ours etc. I was handed a pack which we walked through upon meeting which was extremely diligent and a refreshing change to the other experiences of Estate Agents that I'd had when trying to sell the property.
This was exactly the same with every single person in the team who I dealt with throughout the process. They listened, they took the time to understand our situation and they couldn't have been more helpful and available.
Every member of the team went to actually see the house so they could speak first hand to prospective buyers. The team were friendly, honest and were at the end of the phone whenever we needed them. I can only call out 2 staff members below but I would honestly call out Nick Mosley, Lauren Bowden, Fleur Burton and Anthony Freely - they were all brilliant.
I highly recommend Mosley Jarman in Wilmslow to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

Lauren, Nick, Mark and the whole team at Mosley Jarman are fantastic. They handled both the check out of tenants a buy to and subsequent sale of the property in a quick, efficient, professional manner. Lauren kept me updated throughout the sale and worked diligently with both sets of solicitors, myself and the buyer to ensure a smooth transaction. Overall delighted with the sale, they know the market inside out and you can trust their valuation. Nick is a brilliant 'handson' leader too. It took less than 12 weeks from going live on the market to completion. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, from my personal experience they are the best agent in Wilmslow and highly recommend!

Having used estate agents previously and had a bloody awful experience, I wasn't looking forward to going through it again. This time I used Mosley Jarman, Wilmslow who made it seem easy. From my initial discussions with Nick through to the fundamentals of the sale with Lauren, the service was both impeccable and extremely professional. Living overseas with a significant time difference, I was probably more of a pain to them although they worked with me to get it completed with little to no problems. I would definitely use them again.

Nick and the team were nothing short of excellent throughout the whole process.
We were the buyers and they were the agents of the seller, but they were super proactive and professional throughout.
Viewings were undertaken with knowledge and great customer service
Follow ups were polite and friendly
They frequently chased solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain to ensure the sales and purchases kept moving AND kept us informed throughout
They went above and beyond on many occasions.

In particular, Lauren and Nick have provided exceptional support. We sold the house as the market was "turning" in the middle of 2023, and Nick provided valuable, and as it turned out, successful advise re revising pricing and marketing. Lauren provided great advice through-out the sales process and dealt with all the issues that came up quickly and very efficiently. Also, Anthony provided good support, especially during the earlier parts of the process, with viewings, feedback and resolving queries etc.
