Several years ago I dealt with Mike rogerson estate agents regarding a house which was left to 4 charity's at the time..after finding I had the highest bid I later discovered it went for over 20 thousand cheaper..I immediately contacted one of the charity's involved, they were appalled to find a gentleman who had died and left everything to charity and I'm sure he would of wanted the most for his charity's..was not being fulfilled, After speaking with the guy in charge of this charity..he phoned me back later to tell me good and bad news ..the bad news was no longer the highest amount, however they have now sold it to someone who intially bid a lot more than myself..so although I didn't get the house it was a much better outcome for the 4 charity's, Now recently I viewed a bungalow in Barrington park after viewing it and discussion with my partner I rang to arrange a second viewing, only to be told the house was going to be sold to a relative so there would be no more viewings, Remembering how dodgy the company were from past experience, I decided to ring the following day on a different number and giving a different name, The guy on the phone asked me if I'd like to view it on the Monday around 6, I explained I was using a different name and why were they lying he was just a number and mix of words.. Today I have spoke with the new owners a lovely couple who have moved from a fair distance and assured me they are no relationship of the last owner..so definitely not a family member.. Take what you want from this but I assure you this is the truth..?
