I found Ashley and Tim to be very helpful, buying a property can be very challenging but knowing I could call or email these guys for information and get such a fast and accurate response gave me a great peace of mind, hope they don't mind me saying this but even over the weekend they would reply. I have recently sold a property in South Shore. From the time the property went on the market to the sale was really fast. Tim and Danielle have gone above and beyond to sell this house for me. They have been in regular contact to keep me updated every week, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always very polite and friendly and are lovely people. I would highly recommend Metcalfs to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property. I have another property in Blackpool which will soon be going on the market and will only use this company for future sales. Thankyou.
