What a shambles of a branch..totally focused on their fees, have never kept an appointment always using 'called away on an emergency' as an excuse. Some of the staff cannot even correspond using decent English..avoid any dealings with this company at any cost.....

What agent could do to change your mind?
get some letting properties knowledge, you know, regulations on where a person can live. fire regs for example. money grabbing !!!!!!
