Followed up with 5 more phone calls over 2 days, as did my partner so they had both our information. We didn't receive a phone call or email and the property is now Sold STC. They are the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever been in contact with. If that's their approach when someone would like to arrange a viewing, I hate to think of their service when buying/selling!!

We are dealing with Martin&co for about 13 years. The first tenants stayed for about 12 years, there had been no serious problem which wasn’t sort out straight away and always informed us with no delay. Because I am living abroad I have to rely and trust the company and its employees and haven’t been disappointed at all. The first tenants paid their rent always in time with no lack. Even they weren’t more clean and tidy as to start the tenancy so they had to be moved out, the house got a straight through new renovation but after 12 years it isn’t unusual. Martin&co have done all organisation and finding quick many new interested tenants and discussed before letting the property to one of them. So far, they seem to be good tidy tenants who also pay their rent in time till now. So thanks very much.

I am a landlord who lets three properties through Martin & Co. and have done so for over 5 years. Once you get to know the key people there the service is good but it can be daunting because one has to deal with different people for lettings and property maintenance. There is no single point of contact.
New lettings: Martin &Co (Leanne Levy in particular) have consistently found good quality reliable tenants over the years. One recent problem with tenants was managed efficiently and effectively. I'm not a fan of electronic document validation which is used for tenancy renewals - it seems to be open to fraud.
Maintenance: I deal mainly with Gaynor Hamilton who is always approachable and helpful. She is also very persistent and recently helped me to pursue a problematic insurance claim to a good resolution. She goes the extra mile. A recent innovation has been that the staff now have mobile phones for work. This has made a welcome improvement in being able to contact them.
Overall I'm happy with the service that Martin & Co supply although I have to be a bit more hands on than I'd really like to be.

The most useless staff I have ever encounter in my life.
They call me 5 min. before a viewing to tell me they couldn't get hold of the owner. They suppose to call me back and I could still be waiting outside the property.
Gave them another opportunity, call to check two viewings to make sure they will be there. One was actually already sold, they never contacted me to cancel the viewing.
On the other one, the agent was late, saw him walking slowly parading on the street. He didn't introduce himself, he didn't have any information about the property, didn't even try to show us around it.
I could not even imagine how they will deal with letting properties when they can't be bother to sell them!! TERRIBLE

get some letting properties knowledge, you know, regulations on where a person can live. fire regs for example. money grabbing !!!!!!

Thick and lazy!!!
as long as they get there money they do not care.
I tell everyone not to use this agent as a landlord and tenant, it will just cause stress and health probs. i have meet two other ex-tenants of this thick lazy agent and they were not happy with them.
