Unfortunately leaving this review as my wife and I felt incredible let down though our sales experience.
Intially on valuation we were bouyed up by the prospect of a trouble free sale and informed that Martin and Co would organise an open house to get a larger selection of buyers through the house as early as possible to promote the sale, this open house never happened.
Communication to organise viewings was sporatic , including in one conversation being told that we had a viewing book the next day that neither my wife or I had been asked to confirm.
During a second viewing most of our furniture got moved by the buyers, when I questioned the sales agent I was informed they were always supervised for this to change to 'I watched them from down stairs while 2 viewed the kitchen and 2 viewed up stairs .
Finally got to the point of asking to cancel the contract to be told that they would prefer a dual agency, at no point told we would need to confirm in writing now I must pay 2 fees

Janine Brace acted as my agent when selling a flat in Plymouth. From the outset she was very enthusiastic about the property and quickly showed round a number of potential buyers. Once a buyer was found I was kept well informed at all stages of the buying process. There were some glitches outside our control which Janine dealt with in a very professional manner which helped to speed up the process. I was very confident that Janine had a firm grip on all aspects of the sale keeping everyone updated at frequent intervals. Altogether I was highly delighted with her performance as my agent and would highly recommend her in this role to anyone selling a property.

Emily made sure that she dealt with everything in a professional manner but took time to ensure I was ok. She kept in touch so I knew exactly what was happening and tbh i couldn't have done this without her.

Martin & Co had an offer within days which they followed through to completion.
Prior to their involvement my property had been on the the market for a couple of years, with only one offer!
I think this says it all.
Would definitely be my first choice to go to.
