A great letting agent!
Hamza showed me round the property and living local meant he knew a lot about the area and was therefore passionate about it! This was only possible through Naveed's clear communication of what was required from us, fast responses to emails and helping beyond the closing time of the office.
Really did go the extra mile, was incredibly helpful and has also continued to be now that we have moved in. A very professional service indeed.

Horrible communication, we were constantly having to call to find out what was happening. They didn't keep us updated through the process and due to this we missed many notifications about our offer. Do not use unless you have unlimited patience.
