Marks & Mann has fast become one of the most successful Estate Agents in Suffolk since its beginning in 2013. As a relatively new company, we combine traditional sales techniques with cutting edge marketing technologies. We sell properties throughout Suffolk including Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Felixsto
we, Martlesham and Woodbridge to name a few.
Our Stowmarket office overlooks Pike’s Meadow in Combs Ford and is available with ample customer parking. We sell a wide variety of properties and have packages to suit all property needs, from houses for first time buyers to high end country homes.

Marks and Mann provided excellent support throughout my first house buying experience. Due to unforeseen factors the process was not smooth, but the team were always aware of what we happening on both sides of the sale and were able to communicate to me where we were in the process, they were often much better at letting me know than the solicitors. They would always chase things up when needed and helped progress the sale as much as they could. As this was my first buy, I had no idea what I was doing, but the team always took the time to explain the steps and what was needed at each stage. Couldn't have asked for more and they even gave me a moving in gift box which was really sweet. Absolutely fantastic team!!

Between Gareth and Emily the bungalow was subsequently sold at an open day for the asking price and has not been without it’s issues/problems…. none of which was anything to do with Marks & Mann, but solicitors dragging out the whole process unnecessarily.
Emily Southgate was courteous and professional throughout the process, and she kept us up to speed and in the picture as to where we were with things within the chain, far better than either of the solicitors dealing with things.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Marks & Mann again in the future, they run like a well oiled machine whilst showing tolerance and understanding of how very difficult these property transactions can be!

We were very impressed with Marks & Mann who acted for the vendor in our recent purchase. Their staff attended for the two viewings we had and on each occasion they were helpful and informative and undertook to get prompt feedback to us on issues that needed them to speak to the vendors. Also during the period of waiting for contracts to be exchanged Marks & Mann kept us fully informed with regular progress updates and in fact we learnt more from them as vendors agent than we did from our own estate agent !

Many viewings were booked on my old property and with only a couple of exceptions, a member of staff was available to show perspective buyers around.
My asking price was achieved, so overall I was very happy with the service I received.
