We wanted guidance on our property value for financial planning reasons without wanting to sell in the near future. The advice was without charge and was based on very good local knowledge.

I felt the team, Katie and Di Fermedge, worked really hard to promote the sale and get my asking price. Although I dropped £10k to encourage more interest after a few weeks being on the market, the team had discussed in detail with me the process and how things work. I secured an offer after Di had worked really hard getting a number of people through the door. In fact Di managed to increase the sale price by £1k.

From there on I experienced the normal delays via the legal team, however, it was Katie that held the communication link between me and my buyer, keeping me regularly informed with all movements.
I felt the team were honest and supportive, Katie' has good in depth knowledge of the market and current climate which helped me feel relaxed and confident everything would go through smoothly.
It was through Katie's professionalism and persistence that moved the legal team on without delays and reached completion.
For that I am grateful.
