They will attempt to claim deductions from the deposit for extra profit. They claimed over 1/4 of the deposit for unsubstantiated reasons, clearly in the hope that we need the money quickly. Service otherwise was fine, issues were usually responded to. I will not use them... Read Full Review

In the last 6 months, since taking over management at the property where I live (7 studio flats). My boyfriend rents one of their properties and and sadly the service is very poor. The agency doesn't respond to any issue, they simply don't care (however they very very quick to respond prior sign-in the contract, but afterwards... zero interest. We had found a house through locus estates who advised us to put a holding deposit on the house although we had clearly stated that we would need to find one more person to fill the room. We were only offered limited viewings and after one day of paying the holding fee they demanded more money from us that we were unaware that they would ask for at such short notice, expecting us the pay straight away.

I also find they are inpolite to deal with and difficult to get hold of.
Completely not recommended.
