Wr do our best to retunr the deposit as soon as possible and the only hold up is where there has been a dipute which are far and few between or if we are waiting for a contractor to complete a job that the tenant is responsible for. On occassions the tenant has refused to ok a job and has delayed the deposit. ...

I am very sorry if this client had a bad experience with us, most of our tenants have been with us a long time and a lot come to us first if they are moving. However on occassions things certainly go wrong and I cannot answer this fully as I do not know which client this was. ...
