I never give 1 star every I was look to rant property from them but I they took 400pouds secure deposit we give all perform they ask and after they are tell out guarantor to give his online banking and HMRC access they are totally lied every single calls we provide them a payslips ,bank statements,passport,everything but they just forcing us to give all our personal access so please don’t trust them they are saying it’s secure but who knows what happens someone uses your data and now you can’t trust anyone now days bank says don’t give your OTP to anyone and this people they ask you to give full online banking access and HMRC access.jayne neill and her Manager they both are forced us to give details and when we told them we can give all documents you need but we refused to give online banking access so they declined our application and they took our deposit now they are refusing to give money back as well I was renting property from 15 years and not any agency ask your online access so be careful with this guys you can’t trust to spend your money. She is so nice on fist meeting but after in every call she is saying this is ok everything is fine and then 2 days she will not contact you after she come back and say I need this and that after confirming everything done she needs only banking access.simple thing you want to check our earnings that one you can check with our payslip and in bank statements you don’t need online banking access whatever you want this is all in this document.so guys there is lots of other agencies in uk you can go but don’t give your account details or HMRC details to anyone you don’t know how they are using your information. They will try to convince that it’s secure but you don’t know the third party when something happens no one will take responsibility everything will come to you on your behalf so be careful.

They don't look at customers as people just as a source of profit. They are only interested in how they can make money and when they are supposed to do something from themselves you suddenly lose contact with them. When the agency had business with me, they would call me all the time, unfortunately it doesn't work the other way round, especially when it comes to refunding money. According to law it’s up to the agency to decide whether money will be paid out and how much, but the government advises to be fair and look at the circumstances… I lost a job and was left without a place to live since I couldn’t prove one of the tickboxes for their flat application and £100 refund is not fair in this situation.

Graham Veitch was our agent and from start to finish was always very helpful, professional, courteous and friendly. Through no fault of Graham's, the sale of the property was a long and difficult one, due to inefficient solicitors and a complicated lease.I would not recommend Premier Property Services! Graham Veitch handled the complex situation very well and was relentless and communicative throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommended Graham as your agent, alongside the team at Lawerence Rand who were always very friendly and helpful, even when at times I was a bit fraught! My only constructive criticism is that, it was a shame Graham himself couldn't do the viewing or the open day, as I feel that his expertise, exceptional sales and amiable customer service skills would have been preferred.

Right from the initial contact with the branch our sale was handled very professionally. Olly viewed the property and took photos for the sales literature and a day of viewings was arrange quickly at our request.
Once an offer was accepted Emma took over managing the move. She was relentless at ensuring all parties were kept in contact to ensure that we didn't lose our purchase. We can not thank her enough for this. We were kept fully informed at all times.

What can I say?
Truly Rolls Royce service from beginning to end.
From first meeting Oliver, who marketed and sold the property, right through to Emma, who dealt with the move - as the property I was buying was also with Lawrence Rand - they were professional, helpful, incredibly friendly and incredibly stoical!
Emma stands out as an amazing negotiator and calming influence - all the while retaining a sense of humor - as problems, totally out of their control, were tackled with amazing grace, ease and she kept me calm and informed at every step of the way.
If it was not for her negotiating with all parties in the chain - we would not have exchanged.
She saved me money and she made sure I got the house of my dreams.
I have nothing but positive praise for her - and indeed the whole team in Ruislip - and would not hesitate in recommending to others.
Thank you everyone, as they say in the best reality TV shows - the journey was incredible.
