appalled at the condition of the student house my son has signed up for - the agent are knowingly acting for a cynical landlord who has only agreed to minimal repairs to stay legal. appalled at the condition of the student house my son has signed up for - the agent are knowingly acting for a cynical landlord who has only agreed to minimal repairs to stay legal. The house is dirty and in disrepair throughout with mould and broken fixtures and fittings. No credible agency with a moral compass should be acting on behalf of a landlord such as this, preying on naive students who don't know any better in a market where there appears to be limited choice.

I cannot even to begin to explain how rude unprofessional and borderline criminal this agent is. From start to finish they did not fulfil there side of the agreement and to list would take forever one in particular contravened health and safety and gas safety regulations. Upon tendering our notice we left the property better than the original condition on moving in but the deducted £150 from the holding deposit for some dust under the sofa and limescale on the shower door which was there on moving in and a cracked refrigerator drawer which again was there on moving in the itinerary photos were in black and white and showed little or no depiction. They then asked us to come to a compromise which reluctantly I did and now because they feel it is not a fair compromise re inspected the property and added more things like non working lightbulb and stained oven ( which is almost 15 years old) . Please be aware of this company if you are thinking of using there services for buying selling or renting.

We were selling my mother's bungalow and chose Kings Estates as it was the nearest estate agents to our location. We were also interested in a retirement flat which Kings were marketing, that made life a lot easier.
This was our first experience with Kings and the service from start to finish was excellent; communicating with the office was easy, Sully and Ryan always to hand to help with any queries. If you are looking for a personal service, you will definitely get this at Kings Estates. Thank you to all at Kings Estates!

I would add: We were given the fee costs up front - which were considerably cheaper than other companies. Amelia was very honest and helpful offering helpful advice re the area we were looking at and advice re best routes to get to work from the potential flat etc. The only reason we did not rent from Amelia was the walking distance to my son's place of work.
We booked one flat to look at and Amelia found us 3 more to look at on the same day. Excellent service and customer care. Thank you.
