What agent could do to change your mind?
Everything, we are now pursuing legal advice on how to resolve matters with the agency as they are refusing to cooperate.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I would not recommend that a single person use this agency, they are ignorant and incompetant. So much so that when moving to a new property anything let by John Hollingsworth was purposefully avoided.

These guys are useless. On the property management side, they seem to just ignore all our requests to have repairs done to the property. They never return calls (even after promising to). Last month they lost my rent payment (which had left my bank, but their accounts department couldn't find) -... Read Full Review
