After more than 4 months, It was clear to us that this issue was not treated as an emergency, I believe 4 months to solve something (not emergency related as categorized by you) is a complete joke. The boiler was not working and we experienced several WINTER NIGHTS with a broken boiler. Not sure how the mechanics work here but IF A BOILER IS NOT WORKING then it means you don't have HOT WATER and HEATING, which we, in fact, told you about.
