Absolute rubbish- JLL fees are not lower - check out Maritime Properties- much lower. JLL do surprise charges all the time- they then failed to call me when a tenant moved out so I lost several months rent - DO NOT USE JLL- I have moved agents and am much happier. ...

Did you dispute the deposit deductions with your deposit scheme? How did it turn out? I am going through the same troubles with them now trying to get my deposit back. They are trying to deduct thousands for fraudulent and nonexistent claims. ...
