We have recently rented out a beautiful property in Kingscote. My boyfriend and I were slightly delayed with ending our old tenancy, however Georgina Hurst was very helpful with being very patient and professinol. Georgina was great throughout the whole process. She was always contactable and when out of the office always returned calls / emails promptly. We were desperate to get the property so may have hassled her slightly more than needed but this never came across as a problem as she was more than... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The referencing fees were higher than some other agents had quoted but the standard of the property and service was also greater, so viewing this over the long term this did not cause a problem for us. Rental properties are highly competitive at the moment, so we offered what was asked for.

Georgina was great throughout the whole process. She was always contactable and when out of the office always returned calls / emails promptly.
We were desperate to get the property so may have hassled her slightly more than needed but this never came across as a problem as she was more than happy to update us - often giving updates without chasing.
Once we got the ok from the landlord and the references were complete, the completion of the process was easy and we were in within days.
Would highly recommend - a much better service all round than I have historically received from other Estate Agents.
