Home point in Walsall are the worst, unprofessional people I have ever seen in my life! They are all liars and have no empathy. I had such an awful experience with them . In the end, I ended up homeless. Never ever use them. Stay away from them. I am surprised they are still open!!!

Hi, they trap you with lie and then do not help you at all, they said property will be refurbished and everything will be ready soon, but on the day i was moving , nothing was changed in property. i am fighting and going to sue them through citizen advice bureau walsall. anyone need proof or want... Vile and conniving, those are words that just about come close to describing the * Walsall branch of Homepoint. Their wretched art practiced on unsuspecting tenants and landlords, leaving them empty of pocket and heart, and in some cases, home. Wretched beyond any decent measure, there is no depth they will not sink to in their disgusting practice of burdening people already in difficult circumstances in order to fill their own pockets. The rodent in charge of handling deposits, Paul, is one to keep an eye out for. That one will try to come up with all sorts of nonsensical 'rules' and 'regulations' to try and convince you that your deposit is forfeit. Watch out for Sophie too, although very low in intelligence, she has experience in shortchanging people. Although none of these scammers are terribly smart, they have the advantage of knowing how to con people. Make no mistake, trusting Homepoint Walsall is something that you WILL come to regret deeply.
