I am sorry that you feel that we have not acted professionally. But some of the information you supplied is wrong. I did check the holding depsoit agreement, the only thing you wanted was a dbl bed and sofa, no decoaration was requested when we took HD, but more importantly when I checked all the worksheets and inspection reports there was no mention of decoration. The only worksheets i can see ar on 28/6 bell and light not working, 25/11 heating not working and on inspection dated 24/2/17 boile ...

Charlie's fees were very reasonable and a lot cheaper than many agents I dealt with. He was also very transparent about what needed to be paid, when and what for. Fabulous service for the fees paid. Swanky 'Foxton' types should learn from this guy!!!! He blows them out of the water.

We will reply to you within ten working days with our response, if that's not possible we will contact you to let you know this and provide an estimate of when we will be able to respond in full.
We take our customers complaints very seriously and, if you're unhappy with our initial decision, we offer two stages of escalation:
1 - Escalation to our Managing Director (Mr H Sehri - [email protected]).
