Nothing was to much trouble and they acted with great professionalism. Lee is so patient and has a fantastic attitude to his profession. They also provide great value for money. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Henley Charles got me 2 offers within a couple of weeks and advised me to wait until they felt they got a better offer. Needless to say I moved house last week and they got me £3000 over the asking price...

To top it off their fees were some £2000 cheaper than the other agents I had called out, so not only did I get a fantastic service but I got over £5000 extra in my pocket.

I asked Henley Charles to let out my property and I was amazed how quickly they got a number of prospective tenants for me, especially as the property had been on the market with another well known agent for 4 weeks prior.
Within 3 days they had found a tenant for the property and moved him in 2 days later.
The best bit was they looked after everything from viewings to contracts and even did a video inventory for the price. Amazingly their fee was half of the other agent, and they did a lot more for it..
I have recommended them to other landlords . FANTASTIC SERVICE..!!!
