They were terrible , lack of communication even after requesting feed back on numerous occasions , not letting us know if Viewings were going to be late or even that we had a viewing on one occasion . Would definitely not recommend them . Ringwood... Read Full Review

Another bad experience using Hearnes Estate Agents for the sale of a property . Rude staff, arriving unannounced with prospective clients, unable to provide regular updates. Formal complaint submitted but not resolved and still required letter to Obudsman. Strongly recommend using another estate... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
